The service
- Durra is a cloud system for managing gold and jewelry stores, used through a browser on any device.
- You need an internet connection and an account registered in your name or your business name.
- We may add screens or revise the product at any time, without affecting the core data you rely on.
Account and permissions
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for everything done through your account.
- Tell us immediately when a user who no longer works for you leaves, so we can disable their account.
- Do not use the system for any activity unlawful in your country.
Your data and ownership
- Your store, sales and inventory data remain entirely yours.
- We use it solely to provide the service to you and to improve it. We do not sell it and do not share it with third parties for their commercial purposes.
- You can request a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted; the procedure is set out in the privacy policy.
Subscription and payment
- The subscription starts once the plan and price are agreed, based on the number of branches and users.
- Invoices are issued before the renewal date, and the agreed payment method applies.
- Cancelling is possible, and the conditions for keeping your data are explained before closure.
Limits of liability
- We take reasonable care in providing the service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
- Durra is a management aid; the final financial decision remains your responsibility.
- We handle any claim or complaint within a reasonable period from the date you notify us.
